Anne K. Wilson Law Office, PLLC SMS Messaging.
We use SMS to communicate with clients regarding their legal matters. Messages may include appointment and court date reminders, and are generally limited to those matters. This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional or advertising text messages.
Consent
You consent to receive text messages from us by providing your mobile number to our office and agreeing to text message communication, or by replying to a message we send you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of retaining our services or of any purchase.
Text messaging is not a secure or confidential channel. Do not send information by text that you would not want disclosed if your phone were lost, accessed by another person, or produced in a legal proceeding. Do not use text messaging for urgent or time-sensitive matters, and never use it to report an emergency.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Opting Out and Getting Help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further text messages from this program. You may rejoin at any time by contacting our office or replying START.
Opting out of text messages does not end our attorney-client relationship or your obligations in your matter. We will continue to reach you by telephone, email, or mail.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to transmission limits and carrier conditions outside our control. Do not assume a message has been received because it was sent.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in will not be shared with anyone outside of Anne K Wilson Law Office, PLLC.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Use as carrier and industry requirements change. The revised terms take effect when posted to this page, and the date above will reflect the change.
