Professional, Efficient, And Knowledgeable
Professional, Efficient, And Knowledgeable
Anne K. Wilson is a native of Linn County, Iowa. She has created an ideal practice to assist clients with their legal needs. In practice, she not only is skilled in doing transactional work: preparing estate plans, real estate title opinions, and small business formation and transition, but also litigation, where she is comfortable in any courtroom, from small claims to complex litigation.
In college, she was part of the inaugural class of the Smeds Executive Internship, and spent a summer interning for a Fortune 500 medical device manufacturer in suburban Chicago, allowing her to learn from the General Counsel and in-house legal department.
Frequently, she is asked to give presentations to community groups and continuing legal education programs for attorneys and paralegals, in the areas of estate planning, business matters, and real estate matters.
Both as a part of her practice and outside of the office, she participates in community service projects and organizations. She volunteers as an attorney for Iowa Legal Aid clients and represents clients in matters in which they are found to be indigent. In addition, she has held leadership positions in several organizations focused on philanthropy, education, service, and historic preservation.
