We specialize in bringing the law to your corner. We are dedicated to understanding what results you want and to helping you understand what actions we can take on your behalf. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them.
Unlike other firms, we don't set minimum billable requirements for our employees. Our goal is not to create billable time just for the sake of billing clients, but to create internal processes to serve our clients in an efficient yet comprehensive manner. Many of our services are offered at a flat fee, while others will require us to bill at an hourly rate for our services. We also have a professional, experienced staff that is capable of providing efficient, knowledgeable service under an attorney's supervision.
Our Team
Anne K. Wilson, Attorney
Anne K. Wilson is a native of Linn County, Iowa. She has created an ideal practice to assist clients with their legal needs. In practice, she not only is skilled in doing transactional work: preparing estate plans, real estate title opinions, and small business formation and transition, but also litigation, where she is comfortable in any courtroom, from small claims to complex litigation.
